EROS Hyundai Service Excels in Western Region Customer Satisfaction Index

Congratulations to the entire staff of Eros Hyundai Services. The service center of EROS Hyundai bags 3rd position in the Western Region of Hyundai with regard to the Customer Service Index. The hard work, dedication and the go getter attitude of the service center staff is highly appreciated. The leading role played by Mr. Vinod Burde has always been very supportive and motivating to the staff. The telemarketing team, workshop team, spares and other support staff all had put in great efforts to gain this position.  It was altogether a demonstration of excellent team work and Eros work culture that helped achieve this position.

The team celebrated this proud moment by cutting a cake. To grace the occasion Mr. Anuj Pande, Director EMPL personally came down to the floor shop and extended his warm greetings to the entire service team staff. Besides the senior staff also present on the occasion were Mr. Suraj Bhusari (GM-Sales), Mr. Vinod Burde (GM-Services ), Mr. RM Athar Qazi (Corporate HR Manager) Mrs. Veena (HR Manager) along with the HR team.
